Biobanking:
Launched in 2004 and now, with over 50,000 cord blood units stored, LifeCell is the world's largest inventory of Indian origin stem cells. With the introduction of its pioneering community stem cell banking model in 2017, LifeCell now offers stem cell protection to the families of 3,50,000 satisfied customers, ensuring all of them a >+7 % chance of finding a match, unlimited access to stem cell units and financial assistance in case of a transplant. With accreditations from CAP, AABB and WHO, LifeCell is also India's most accredited stem cell bank. Over the past few years, LifeCell has also taken active measures to further improve its customer experience with the launch of some allied services such as the StemMatch - an instant HLA matching service and the Family Floater Plan - a novel addition to community banking which provides stem cell protection to extended family members.
Diagnostics:
Launched in 2012, LifeCell's Diagnostics Division is one of India's leading providers of clinical diagnostics services, with a complete panel of preconception, prenatal and newborn tests on offer. It provides several premier services such as first-trimester Pentamarker Screening, QF-PCR, newborn reflex testing, an entire suite of high-end next-gen sequencing tests, along with a free genetic counselling service by internationally trained experts. Biologics:
Established in 2018, the Biologics division brought a new dimension to the range of LifeCell offerings. This division caters to the wound care domain by providing therapeutic products derived from placental tissue - 'AmchoPlast' being the very first. With a keen focus on innovation and its state-of-art processing methods, LifeCell has successfully managed to expand its range of placenta-derived products to satisfy the growing demand for high-quality and affordable wound care products in India.
Cosmetics:
LifeCell now seeks to extend this deep scientific expertise by developing advanced skin-care products by focusing on the deep skin i.e., the areolar layer, and combining it with traditional skin-care science i.e Ayurveda, thus creating a new brand coined "Brand Name". "Brand Name" starts with its roots in Ayurveda and seeks to improve upon that by using modern cellular science testing methods, manufacturing protocols, and ingredients, to create a high performance line of skincare and haircare products that you can trust.
What we are looking:
Experience:
Minimum 6+ years of experience in diverse HR roles and minimum 4 years of experience in the role of HR Recruitment
• Experience of working in a Non IT Sector and Sales hiring preferably
• Responsible for End to End Life Cycle i.e from hiring to exit of employees and Co-ordination with various Division for recruitments requirements.
• Should be good a stake holder handling
• Hands on experience on Recruitment Dashboards, adhoc reports, attrition reports. Organize Induction program for new hires
• Should be handed team on minimum 2.
• Hindi language is mandatory - Since its deal with PAN India recruitment.
• Looking for immediate joiner or 15 days
