• 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment/ talent acquisition.
• Experience in IT/ Technical recruitment.

Roles And Responsibilities
• Identifying the organization s needs and working to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance.
• Developing, managing, and maintaining a skilled team to assist with talent development.
• Understanding workforce planning and resource forecasting by working with the resourcing team to feed into recruitment timelines.
• Communicating with external sources, i.e., peer organizations to acknowledge any trends in recruitment and markets which could impact upon the business.
• Anticipating the organizations future and working with senior executives to advise on recruiting tactics that will help to sustain the company's success.
• Applying strategies to attract diverse candidates to all areas of the business.
Qualification And Skills
• 1 to 3 year experience in recruitment/ talent acquisition.
• IT Recruitment/ Technical Recruitment experience.
• Experience with complete end to end process of recruitment - (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening, sourcing resumes, job postings, and evaluation of candidates.
• An academic background in HR, or a closely related field.
• Team management skills to supervise the recruiting team and manage its daily operations while conducing performance reviews skillfully.
• Strong communication and good listening skill to communicate efficiently with clients and candidates.
• Strong decision-making skills.
