Blue Sky Analytics is a next-gen climate tech startup turning satellite data into actionable climate intelligence with a mission to combat climate change.
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter who will be responsible for building a great global team and a phenomenal company. You will not only have to understand the key objectives of the team but also contribute to its success by shaping the talent onboarded. The ultimate goal is to build a strong talent pipeline that will address not only the current but also the future hiring needs of Blue Sky Analytics.

Your Role
• Own and manage the recruitment life cycle: from writing job descriptions, sourcing and processing candidates, coordinating with the hiring manager on assignments and assessments, final evaluation by the CXOs, offers, salary negotiations and onboarding processes and bringing in the best practices and changes when required.
• You will collaborate with the marketing team for designing and implementing effective outbound sourcing strategies fitting each role.
• You will build strong talent pipelines for current and future positions to help us hire faster
• You will analyse the talent market and develop path breaking strategies that don’t over index on compensation but team talent, culture & learning opportunities.
• You will constantly strive to improve the recruiting process and collect feedback from hiring teams and candidates.
• You will be the “face” of the company at job fairs and campus events.
• Be a champion for an exceptional end-to-end candidate experience, striving for timely and impactful communications.
• You will follow the best recruitment practices and constantly work towards improving the same.
Requirements
• 4-8 years of experience in hiring preferably in a climate tech startup/DaaS/SaaS space.
• Experience working in a high-growth or early-stage Product (B2B) company.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Require minimum management and enjoy solving problems.
• Amazing project management skills.
• Comfortable leading initiatives.
• Proactive with a metrics-driven mind and high emotional intelligence.
• Self-motivated individual, comfortable operating in a high volume and fast-paced environment without sacrificing results.
• Collaborate and interact with key internal stakeholders including executives and marketing peers, as well as external media partners.
• Previous experience with ATS/ HMS/ RMS reporting.
• Experience with Workable and Notion is a plus.
