WHO YOU ARE:
• 3+ years experience in any HR Functions with a focus on Talent Acquisition and recruitement
• Excellent at using MS- Office Suit & HRMIS platforms.
• Excellent knowledge of job sites and networking sites, i.e. LinkedIn, Angelist, Tophire, Hirect, Naukri.com, IIM Jobs, etc.
• Strong communication skills with phone etiquette are a must.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Smart, mature, self-motivated individual having the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast paced working environment.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple job vacancies and set priorities.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Source candidates from relevant networks, online and internal databases, employee referrals as well as passive candidates through networking and research.
• Calling candidates, interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with existing vacancies.
• Managing HR-Ops independently starting from candidate On-Boarding (Offer Letter Generation, Email ID creation, Employee Documentation, Sending Welcome Mailer, etc.) to Assisting on Monthly Payroll Data inputs required (attendance data, leave calculation etc) along with other HR Reports required from time to time.
• Work with the HR Head to develop and implement HR processes and initiatives
