Intown Golf Club (IGC) is the premier private social club and lifestyle brand for golf enthusiasts. Headquartered in Atlanta, IGC opened its first location in 2021 and has since begun expanding nationwide.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and people-centered Talent Acquisition Manager to help build the teams that bring the IGC experience to life. This role plays a critical part in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across corporate, management, and operations while delivering a thoughtful, high-touch candidate experience aligned with our culture and values.
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Talent Acquisition Manager will lead full-cycle recruiting for salaried roles and provide strategic oversight of hourly hiring initiatives, ensuring consistency, compliance, and efficiency across all hiring processes as IGC continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Operations & Systems
Own and manage the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse), including job templates, interview workflows, scorecards, communications, and offer templates
Ensure consistent, timely pipeline movement and an exceptional candidate experience across all roles
Monitor candidate pipelines to ensure hiring managers are moving candidates through each stage within reasonable and defined timeframes
Manage job postings, sponsored advertising budgets, and recruiting platforms
Full-Cycle Recruiting (Salaried Roles)
Lead full-cycle recruiting for salaried roles, from sourcing through offer
Partner closely with hiring managers and HR leadership throughout the hiring process
Ensure a high-quality, structured interview experience aligned with IGC standards
Hourly Hiring Oversight
Provide high-level oversight of hourly hiring initiatives while hiring managers conduct interviews and manage day-to-day candidate interactions
Ensure operational hiring managers are following established interview workflows, compliance requirements, and candidate evaluation standards
Monitor hourly pipelines to confirm roles are opened appropriately, candidates are progressing in a timely manner, and bottlenecks are addressed
Sourcing & Employer Branding
Build and maintain strong pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, direct sourcing, networking, and social platforms
Continuously evolve sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality talent
Partner with leadership on employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
Team Leadership & Training
Train hiring managers and interviewers on interviewing best practices, candidate assessment, and process expectations
Maintain and expand talent acquisition training materials through the Paylocity Learning Management System
Strategy, Analytics & Continuous Improvement
Track and analyze key metrics including quality of hire, offer acceptance, source of hire, candidate NPS, and cost per hire
Identify trends and gaps in hiring activity and recommend process improvements
Present quarterly insights on recruiting performance, what’s working, and areas for improvement
Support workforce planning, succession planning, and market compensation analysis
Qualifications
4+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruiting
Prior talent acquisition experience within the hospitality industry is required
Experience managing an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse strongly preferred)
Proven sourcing expertise across salaried and hourly roles
Strong communication skills
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into action
