We are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager to acquire new talent for our rapidly growing Technology & Product Teams. The successful candidate should have a keen eye when reviewing resumes and conducting interviews. Job Description:
· Source potential candidates from various online channels
· Bulk hiring/ large volume hiring
· Create communication strategies to attract passive candidates
· Screen incoming resumes and application forms
· Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
· Prepare and distribute assignments and logical reasoning tests
· Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
· Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
· Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
