Position summary:

You will build and manage a team of sourcing recruiters and/or full cycle recruiters, focusing on candidate talent search and placement, process improvement, strategy development, and acting as the client lead.

You will foster a collaborative team environment and a strong service-oriented culture that ensures the delivery of efficient, effective, quality-driven service to internal customers and meets customer service level agreements.

A successful candidate must be able to successfully manage, prioritize, and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and prioritizing customer SLAs.

The best candidates will draw on their knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Team Management:

Lead and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, providing guidance and support to achieve recruitment goals.

Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

Strategic Planning:

Contribute to developing strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to long-term growth, implement new processes, and develop standard operating procedures that fit within Gruve's mission to deliver the highest quality.

Forecast hiring needs and manage the recruitment budget effectively.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with department heads and senior management to understand hiring needs and job requirements.

Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress.

Work closely with Business, and HR leaders to influence and deliver a quality assessment and candidate experience through all aspects of recruitment.

Process Improvement:

Continuously improve recruitment processes and practices to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Employer Branding:

Strengthen the employer brand of Gruve in the talent market.

Participate in industry events, job fairs, and networking activities to attract top talent.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in recruiting for AI, Software Engineering, and Cyber Security positions.

Experience recruiting in a highly competitive environment

Ability to own one or more recruiting projects, partnering with client teams including, but not limited to, improving process improvement, candidate experience, etc.

Proficiency in using ATS systems, recruitment software, and data-driven recruitment strategies.
