To complete timely manpower planning and ensure availability of most suitable talent for the positions as per plan. Ensure adherence to time and allocated budget
Key Responsibilities
Complete manpower planning for the accounts in consultation with the functional head wrt numbers and time lines
Prepare TA plan and manage all TA activities to hire the best suitable talent as per plan and budget
Achieve cost and Process optimisation to ensure cost saving, Diversity and improve TAT
Undertake and complete various improvement projects. Eg CoRE Quality of Hire HR Metrics
