Requirements
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role
-Experience recruiting for a ship chartering, operations and commodity trading company
-Strong understanding of the industry and market trends
-Proven track record of successful hires and retention
-Familiarity with various recruiting techniques
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-BSc/BA/MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field
-Experience recruiting in India and overseas will be a plus.
- Minimum 7 years experience in a similar role
