Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager/Head
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 15+ years in Recruitment, with expertise in using Zoho Recruit
Databuzz are seeking a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Manager/Head to lead our recruitment team and drive our talent acquisition strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, with a minimum of 15 years of experience, including experience with Zoho Recruit.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy, including workforce planning, sourcing, recruitment, and candidate experience.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Ensure that recruitment processes are efficient, effective, and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, external recruitment agencies, and HR business partners.
• Coach and develop the recruitment team to ensure high levels of performance, engagement, and satisfaction.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience.
• Leverage data and analytics to measure and improve recruitment performance and provide insights to senior management.
Requirements
• Bachelors or Masters degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience using Zoho Recruit or other similar applicant tracking systems.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
