our Hiring Managers toproactively secure the best talent for our hiring plans for India. This rolewill

Reporting to the TalentAcquisition Lead, you will work alongside a global team of TA
Partners and TASourcing Specialists.
How You’ll Make anImpact
As a trusted partnerof hiring managers, you will determine staffing needs and will develop
and execute recruitingplans.
Responsible forend-to-end Talent Acquisition.
Build a strongnetwork through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups,
social media, andemployees.
You will develop andtrack measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process so that the
processes aretransparent and measurable and set continuous improvement goals.
You maintainrelations with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are
achieved
You stay current onthe company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and
state laws regardingemployment practices
Manage developmentand delivery of Talent Acquisition initiatives.
Regularly monitor andreview the effectiveness of Talent Acquisition processes.
Responsible for beingan active member of the Global TA community, sharing knowledge and
best practice tosupport the assigned region.
Apply multiplecreative techniques to proactively identify, source and secure talents through
appropriate channelsincluding our ATS, LinkedIn, employee referrals, etc
Promote inclusion atSiemens Energy by ensuring diverse candidate pools for all positions
Have a keenunderstanding of business needs and anticipated growth.
