Roles And Responsibilities
• Handling end to end recruitment/ Bulk Hiring/ Non - IT Recruitment
• Handling full life cycle Recruitment activities include; posting Positions, Pre-screening Interviewing candidates over phone, interview arrangements closing.
• Discuss the "core" of the job description with the candidate to make them more understand about the offered job
• Pre-interview preparation and post-interview follow-up.
• Understanding of client's requirements.
• Follow up with the selected candidates till the date of joining.
• Maintaining the candidates' database of various levels.
• Regular Interaction with the client.
Work Mode: Work from Office
Job Location: Kurla (West), Mumbai
Job Timings
Monday to Saturday, +:30am to 6:30pm
Offered CTC
Basis on the existing CTC experience
