RESPONSIBILITIES :
- The person would be responsible for holding core exposure of end to end recruitment.
- One should hold hands of exposure of optimize hiring cost and use sophisticated applicant tracking systems. Experience in hiring for diverse skills across levels.
- They will be responsible for managing whole recruitment process.
- Managing relationship with onshore Business Process Owners and senior management.
- Engaging with vendors on a regular basis to keep the database updated and content refreshed.
- One should hold experience in hiring from multiple sources - Job portals, ER, LinkedIn, Social Media.
- One should hold good understanding of technologies - should be aware of front-end/back-end programming languages, testing types, databases, cloud platforms, CRMs.
- One must have experience in hiring for skills like Big Data, Technology, Business Intelligence, Advanced Analytics and Market Research space.
REQUIREMENTS :
- One should hold hands of exposure of optimize hiring cost and use sophisticated applicant tracking systems.
- Experience in leveraging a Referral network in a corporate environment.
- One should hold great exposure of stakeholder managements.
- Develop appropriate channels and external events to roll out employer branding
