Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Kalyan (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-Time (6 days a week) Sunday fixed off

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, and follow up with candidates throughout the process
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and hiring strategies
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to final onboarding
Requirements:
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and hiring platforms ( Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a keen eye for potential
• Ability to handle multiple positions and work under tight timelines
• Experience in Ed-Tech or startup environments is a plus
