Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Employment Type: Full-Time (Onsite)
Shift Timing: +:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST
Work Days: Monday to Friday + 1st & 4th Saturday working
Annual Salary Range: ₹1.2 LPA – ₹3 LPA (₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and should have proven expertise in headhunting and sourcing talent using platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri.com, Indeed, Internshala, and other job portals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-based organization and has a sharp eye for identifying quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling, and coordination
Head-hunt potential candidates for niche and senior roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing tools
Develop and maintain candidate pipelines across departments and shifts (technical & non-technical roles)
Conduct initial telephonic/virtual screening and assess candidate suitability
Liaise with hiring managers to understand team needs and job specifications
Track and update hiring reports, status dashboards, and follow-ups
Create job descriptions in alignment with department heads
Maintain a strong database and talent network for recurring roles
Ensure an excellent candidate experience and support offer rollouts
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Proficient in sourcing via LinkedIn, Naukri.com, Indeed, Internshala, and other platforms
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in hiring for multiple departments (IT, admin, operations, support)
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment CRMs is a plus
Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously and work under deadlines
Knowledge of recruitment analytics and reporting will be an advantage
