About the Role
We’re looking for a thoughtful and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fast-growing tech company. As a key member of the HR team, you will play an essential role in driving our recruitment efforts across the company. You’ll own the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and attracting top talent to managing the interview process and facilitating the onboarding of new hires. Requirements

What You'll Do:
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from job requisition and candidate sourcing to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Strategic Talent Sourcing: Leverage various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Workable ATS, job boards, and networking) to find and engage with top candidates in the tech space.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a key advisor to business leaders and hiring managers, providing expert guidance on market trends, compensation data, and talent availability to help shape effective recruitment strategies.
Candidate Screening & Interviewing: Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, technical expertise, and cultural fit. Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices for candidate evaluation.
Employer Branding: Promote REDspace’s culture and values through targeted recruitment campaigns and social media presence to attract diverse and qualified talent.
Offer Management: Manage the offer process, including extending offers, negotiating compensation packages, and closing candidates effectively.
Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs, ensuring REDspace is prepared to fill roles quickly and effectively.
Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data and analytics to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies. Track key recruitment metrics and KPIs, providing regular updates to leadership and refining strategies to optimize outcomes.
Onboarding: Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new hires, helping them integrate into the company and culture seamlessly.
What You'll Bring:
Experience: 5 to 7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within the tech or professional services industry.
Tech Recruiting Expertise: Deep experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable ATS, and other recruitment tools to source and engage candidates.
Recruitment Strategy: Proven ability to build and execute tailored recruitment strategies that align with business needs and drive hiring success.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.
Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to manage multiple recruitment initiatives at once, and stay organized and focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to solve complex recruitment challenges and adapt strategies as needed to meet business goals.
Cultural Fit & Employer Branding: A strong understanding of company culture and an ability to sell the company’s mission and values to prospective candidates.
Talent Development Experience: Experience in talent development is considered a valuable asset. We are particularly interested in candidates with knowledge of learning and development strategies and programs to support the growth of our internal resources, aligning with business goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on sourcing, screening, and recruiting top tech talent.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), particularly Workable, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for providing exceptional candidate experiences.
Experience in onboarding and employee engagement.
Nice to Have:
Experience recruiting for hard-to-fill technical roles in software development, cloud architecture, or related fields.
Familiarity with additional HR software tools or platforms that enhance the recruitment process.
Knowledge of employer branding strategies and how to leverage social media for talent attraction.
Previous experience in a rapidly growing, innovative tech company.
