Job Description
Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements for HO and project sites.
Prepare annual and project-wise manpower planning.
2. Recruitment & Hiring
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles (engineers, supervisors, architects, sales, admin, etc.).
Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per company requirements.
3. Recruitment Strategy
Develop effective recruitment strategies for hiring skilled construction professionals.
Utilize job portals, consultants, campus recruitment, and internal references.
4. Candidate Screening & Interview Coordination
Conduct initial screening and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
5. Employer Branding
Promote the company as an attractive employer in the real estate and construction industry.
Maintain strong presence on job portals and professional platforms.
6. Vendor & Consultant Management
Manage recruitment consultants and staffing agencies.
Negotiate recruitment fees and maintain vendor performance.
7. Offer Management & Negotiation
Handle salary negotiations and finalize offers within approved salary structures.
Ensure proper documentation and offer letter issuance.
8. Joining & Onboarding Coordination
Ensure smooth joining and onboarding of new employees.
Coordinate with HR operations and admin for joining formalities.
9. Recruitment MIS & Reporting
Maintain recruitment tracker, hiring reports, and vacancy status.
Provide weekly and monthly recruitment updates to management.
10. Recruitment Cost & Time Optimization
Reduce hiring cost and improve recruitment turnaround time (TAT).
Build internal talent pipeline for critical roles.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
