We are hiring for a fast growing ed-tech company that runs an academic institution dedicated to education and research in next-generation technologies like artificial intelligence, machine learning & data sciences for professionals.
Working Days: Monday - Saturday (Alternate Saturday off)
Working Hours : +:30- 6:30 or 10:00-7:00
Work Location : Udyog Vihar Phase 4 , Gurgaon
Key Responsibilties:
1. Help create and drive the talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
2. Delivering on monthly recruitment targets set by management.
3. Onboarding new recruitment agencies, working with them and ensuring that our recruitment mandates are getting fulfilled as per the SLA.
4. Partner with leadership to drive the personal and professional development of the organization’s personnel, which involves employee onboarding, training, and ongoing development.
5. Collaborate with others to increase employee engagement and drive employee development across the teams.
