Position : HR Executive/ IT Recruiter
Location: Murlipura, Jaipur, India
Experience – 1-3 Years in Technical recruitment.
Salary – upto 3 lacs per annum
Mission
The position of HR executive/ IT Recruiter is to make sure that the essential functions of the company related to hiring of IT technical can be fulfilled in a stable, timely and professional manner.
The essential functions will be related to technical recruitments, documentation of new joiners, following internal company procedures related to HR and responding to internal requirements of the company personnel be fulfilled in a timely and professional manner.
Criterion Metric
Fulfilment of technical hiring 100% Completion within TAT.
Internal customer service feedback (New Joiners) 85% approval rating by the internal customer (Staff) of services rendered.
Budget Hiring 100% Shortlisting candidate within the budget.
Other HR Related Activates feedback 85% approval rating of the services rendered to the Department for smooth process of hiring and on boarding
