⦁ End to end recruitment: Managed entire gamut of recruitment Sourcing, Screening, interviewing, offer closure, offer negotiation, Ensuring timely completion of candidates documentation, avoiding delays and hassles in joining.
⦁ Sourcing from different job boards like Monster, Naukri, Times jobs, shine and LinkedIn.
⦁ Review and understand technical and Non technical job requirements.
⦁ coordinate the walk-In & Scheduled interviews.
⦁ Scheduling candidates for interview, ensuring high conversion ratio.
⦁ Maintaining a stong candidate database for future references.

⦁ Good oral and written communication
