Job Description
Handling End-to-End Recruitment for Various Profiles at Junior Level, Mid Level, Senior Level Management Requirement for Pan India.
Sourcing, Screening and Short-listing of suitable candidates, as per clients specification given by the client.
Maintaining and Updating database (MIS) of candidates.
Coordination with Candidates from Interview schedule to till joining Involved in salary negotiation, rolling the offer letter , completing joining formalities etc.
Follow-Up with the selected candidates for joining dates and joining formalities.
Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Following up on the interview process status
Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
