Designation: Talent Acquisition Executive
Location: Thane Wagle estate- Lodha Supremus - 2
Working days: (5 days working - Monday – Friday)
Job Role -
· End to End recruitments
· Handling the complete recruitment life cycle i.e. from understanding the Job description to sourcing candidates from various sources (job sites, headhunting platforms, emails, references, internal databases) coordination of interviews, reference checks, salary negotiations, post offer process, final joining.
· Sourcing & Sending CVs on a daily basis to our clients for the mandates assigned to you.
· Interviewing candidates on suitability of the profile for the Company's requirements based on the experiences in the industry, skills, assignments handled, Communication skills.
· Telephonic & / or Video Screening of applicants to assess -:

· Being the point of contact with the client and servicing their mandates in a professional approach.
· Uplifting the image of the organization and discharging all professional responsibilities within defined timeframe and process.
