About the Company – Agnikul Cosmos
We are a startup incubated at IIT Madras in 2017 and have been operating out of National Centre for Combustion Research and Development (NCCRD), at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. We are building orbital-class launch vehicles (rockets) that can take up to 100 kg of payload to Lower Earth Orbit (LEO). We are the first private company in India to sign an agreement with IN-SPACe (Dept. of Space), an Indian Space Research Organization. So far we have made our country proud by successfully firing the world's first single piece 3D printed engine - Agnilet and we have received appreciation directly from our Honourable Prime Minister. Today we are a team of 100+ and are looking forward to our launch sometime this year.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
● Passion for human capital, professional relationship management and understanding natural people behaviour
● 5+ years of experience in Human Resources in recruitment/talent acquisition
● Prior experience working with executive-level leadership
● Prior experience working with people from all strata of educational qualifications cutting across educational streams and geographic boundaries
● Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to demonstrate empathy
● Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work
● Excellent at managing time and prioritizing work
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
● Must be willing to work nights and weekends, as needed
● Willingness to travel around 10% of the time
