Job role includes –
1.80 % Hiring / Recruitments + 10 % On-boarding & HR operations + 10 % Employee engagement
2. Prior exposure of HR events, engagement activities will help
3. Will be responsible to create and save Job descriptions, Manpower planning, Recruiting, Salary negotiations, On-boarding, HR Orientation, MIS reporting, HR Dashboards, Employee engagement activities.
Skills:-
1. Candidate must have worked in Real estate developer firms
2. Female candidate only
3. Must be residing within a 15 Km radius from Dev corpora, Thane
4. Must be good with Sourcing candidates from Job portals, Linked in and other sourcing channels
5. Candidates who have worked at good consulting firms for Real estate developer firms can be considered
6. Should be good with MIS reporting and Excel

Salary: Up to ₹38,+58.51 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
