Job Description
Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other creative methods.
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone and/or in-person interviews, and manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and manage communication with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
Attend job fairs, recruitment events, and other networking events to build relationships and attract potential candidates.
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
0-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field. Freshers with MBA or other relevant degree holders are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Understanding of current recruitment trends and best practices.
