Job Description:
• Posting jobs on different job portals.
• Informing potential candidates about available job openings through E-mail or Telephone.
• Screening and scrutinizing profiles as per the organization.
• Hiring Qualitative Candidates to the organization within the Stipulated Time Frame.
• Resume Management & Interview call letter send to the selected candidates.
• Lining up the shortlisted candidate for interview.
• Final closure and regular follow-up till joining of the candidates.
• Regular updating of Recruitment MIS Reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis i.e. Profiles Sent Reports, Daily Interview Report, Position Status, Monthly Offered Status & Monthly Joining Status.
