Job Description
Talent Recruitment and Selection:
Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
In collaboration with the department heads, create job descriptions and advertisements for all positions, and post them on relevant platforms.
Conduct candidate sourcing through various channels, including online job portals, social media, recruitment firms and networking.
Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial round of telephonic interviews.
Human Resources Management:
Collaborate with the leadership team in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with the organization's mission and values.
Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and leave records.
Talent Processes for Expansion:
Collaborate with the CEO to develop the leadership pipeline and long-term HR plan required to meet the expansion needs in India.
HR Reporting and Compliance:
Generate HR reports on various metrics, such as turnover, recruitment, and training, to support decision-making processes.
