Our superior accuracy and engineering enables us to authenticate legitimate users and identify fraudsters across databases with tens of millions of users of an organization within a fraction of a second. As we're levitating towards rapid growth, we're on the hunt for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our tribe and oversee the full-circle of recruiting.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, involves sourcing candidates through various channels, planning and executing selection procedures, and acting as the trusted gatekeeper of talent for HyperVerge. You'll build long-lasting relationships with potential hires and help us foster a strong talent pipeline. In short, you're going to be our company's talent magnet!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and implement a top-notch, continuous hiring process. This includes requirements, referrals, partnering with external recruiters, managing the interview process, and giving new hires a warm HyperVerge welcome.
Cultivate a constantly flowing pipeline of A-players for tech roles, such as AI Engineer and Software Engineer, and business roles, like Business Development and Product Management.
Create and manage an onboarding process so effective and fun, new members will never want to leave.
Requirements
2 to 5 years of experience in hiring for technology startups is preferred.
Hands-on experience with end-to-end recruiting.
Top-notch verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to identify and attract passive candidates.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
