Job Description
Qualifications:
• Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience
• At least 2 years of experience in scaling a B2B/SaaS company
• Experience working with various talent-hiring platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems
Key Responsibilities:
• Think and work like a partner with the business leaders; help plan the hiring targets and drive the recruitment efforts to achieve the numbers
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process
• Scout talent, source profiles, screen candidates, and make first contacts using various talent platforms
• Schedule interviews with the panelists and keep the candidates engaged
• Negotiate with the candidates and help them understand the role, company goals, and vision
• Buddy up with the candidates and support them till they are successfully onboarded
• Ensure quality candidate experience at all times
• Manage referrals and maintain strong relations with recruitment partners and agencies
• Maintain data and prepare reports for the relevant stakeholders
Skills:
• Hands-on experience in scaling the GTM and other G&A functions
• Deep understanding of the various GTM roles in a SaaS company and the skills required to fill these roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to create lasting relationships
• An eye for talent
• Competent negotiation skills with a solid inclination to create a win-win for the company and candidates
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work on multiple roles in parallel
• Tech-savvy with experience working with various talent-hiring platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, InstaHyre, IIMJobs, and an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
