Job Description
Canus Tech is an IT services company with offices in India, the US and Canada. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad, India.
Responsibilities:
• Source, screen, and recruit potential candidates using a variety of channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals
• Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance
• Conduct interviews with potential candidates and evaluate their qualifications and suitability for the role
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions, job postings, and interview questions
• Develop and maintain relationships with universities and other recruitment channels to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
• Ensure all recruitment processes are compliant with relevant employment laws and regulations
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting/talent acquisition, preferably in an IT services company
• Proven ability to source and attract top talent using a variety of channels
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
