Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist II,
Location: India
The Talent Acquisition is accountable for supporting the Talent Acquisition duties for assigned departments. This position will be responsible for developing a proactive approach to attract and retain top talent for assigned departments. In direct partnership with hiring managers and HR leadership, the Talent Acquisition will work to establish recruitment strategies and assess needed talent to ensure alignment with achieving business objectives.
ACCOUNTABILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Coordinates talent acquisition as needed, including required approvals, advertising, candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer development and preparation, and on-boarding assistance.
• Partner with all levels of the organization to assess staffing needs and fill positions in a timely manner.
• Build a bench of qualified candidates to meet both current and anticipate future staffing needs.
• Utilize social networking resources and other strategies to hire the right people for the job.
• Provides a high level of customer service in interactions with employees and candidates.
• Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events
• Represent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities
• Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
• Possess sound knowledge in talent acquisition and demonstrate advanced skills at working with complex requirements.
• Understand the requirements and able to be a trusted advisor to hiring managers on selection of candidates.
SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS:
• Proven expertise and knowledge of proactive Internet sourcing techniques
• Established track record of innovative and creative sourcing tactics for passive job seekers; i.e. social media
• Experience in managing candidates through an applicant tracking system (Taleo experience is an advantage)
• Sound judgment, demonstrate problem solving abilities, decisiveness and flexibility
• Strong time-management and prioritization skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficient with internet email, Word, Excel, Outlook and other software.
• Ability to effectively learn and manage various systems used in an HR environment
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business or related field and/or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 2 years experience in full-cycle, high-volume corporate recruiting experience with a large company or staffing agency.
