Job Description: Senior Talent Recruiter
Location: Supersourcing HQ, Indore
Responsibilities:
• Sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
• Screening resumes, conducting initial phone interviews and assessing candidate fit for open positions across both technical and non-technical roles within the company.
• Coordinating and scheduling in-person interviews with hiring managers.
• Following up with candidates throughout the interview process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and sourcing strategies.
• Negotiating offer packages and compensation with candidates.
• Ensuring that all hiring processes are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborating with HR team to onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on sourcing, screening, and negotiating offers for both technical and non-technical roles.
• Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent, particularly in a startup environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in compensation and offer package discussions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with HR laws and regulations, and experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Passion for finding the right fit for both the candidate and the company, with a focus on culture and fit.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
