Job Overview: Zenius is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to manage the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage job postings and track applications in our ATS system
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences
Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Screen and schedule interviews with potential candidates
Ensure all necessary paperwork and compliance requirements are met
Support employee engagement initiatives
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with ATS and HRMS systems (Zoho Recruit and Zoho People preferred)
Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Working Arrangements: Remote or On-site (dependent on company requirements)
