Roles and Responsibilities
• End to End recruitment from Sourcing, Screening candidates, Scheduling interviews, Co-ordinating HR rounds, Release offer letter, Initiate Background verification and follow ups, Co-ordinating onboarding of candidates.
• Sourcing profiles from portals (Naukri, Naukri recruiter, LinkedIn etc) minimum of 10 to 20 profiles a day depending on the needs.
• Scheduling minimum 5 to 6 interviews per day on MS Teams.
• Proficient in sourcing profiles through various channels like Job portals, LinkedIn, for Specialised in sourcing profiles for Infrastructure Requirements, Telecom Requirements
• Responsible for identifying and utilizing the right channel of recruitment for various types of hiring needs like internal and external job postings, employee referral programs, vendors etc.
• Managing recruiting activities including the job posting, development of resume bank, applicant tracking, developing interview schedules, and establishing interview guides.
• Responsible for hiring across all levels (including senior and middle level , leadership, hiring), handling high volume, critical, instant, and niche requirements.
• Follow recruitment practices and processes that maximize the efficiency and timeliness of recruitment processes while delivering the highest level of quality of hire.
• Created a pool of profiles by sourcing
