Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from manpower planning to offer closure
Understand hiring requirements and job specifications from stakeholders
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical/functional rounds
Schedule interviews and ensure smooth candidate experience
Negotiate offers, issue offer letters, and manage joining formalities
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles
Use cost-effective sourcing strategies suitable for start up environments
Drive employee referral programs
Explore alternate hiring channels (campus, consultants, freelancers)
Stakeholder Management Work closely with hiring managers to understand timelines and expectations
Provide regular recruitment status updates
Act as a trusted recruitment partner to business teams
Employer Branding Promote company culture and EVP through LinkedIn and job postings
Support branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates
Represent the organization positively to candidates
Data & Compliance Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
Track hiring metrics: time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance ratio
Ensure documentation and compliance as per company policies
Required Skills & Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Proficiency in job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
Organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
