Role: Talent Acquisition Manager
Location: Navi Mumbai.
Work type: On-site
Experience required: 3+ years of work experience.
Role and Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with hiring managers and understand different job functions and role
requirements
● Identify and approach potential candidates across various skill sets.
● Support and manage complete recruitment life-cycle including evaluating and
validating job description, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer
negotiation, candidate engagement, and successfully onboarding candidates.
● Provide timely feedback to candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
● Monitor external talent pipeline and trends (e.g., competition, costs, productivity,
and retention).
● Manage Employee relations and resolve queries of employees pertaining to policies, process, benefits etc.
Experience and Skills:
● Proven working experience of 3-5 years as HR or TA Manager
● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Excellent interviewing, networking, interpersonal, and communication skills.
● Experience engaging and attracting passive candidates.
● Ability to positively represent the organization to potential candidates.
● Ability to handle confidential and proprietary information.
● Passion for gaming, and technology.
Education:
● Degree in Human Resources or related field.
Soft Skills:
● People-oriented and results-driven.
● Superior ability to build and maintain relationships.
● Strong time management skills.
