- Graduate with 0+ years’ experience, minimum 3 years of experience in handling Non IT Recruitment BIG-4 clients- Staffing firm/ Consulting exposure/Handel BFSI/Accounting & C.A Hiring.
- Good communication skills
- Experience with various sourcing techniques
Responsibilities:
This role will involve taking care of the Internal Hiring process (majorly Non IT requirements/ Accounting Domain) in an efficient manner
- Sourcing profiles as per the requirement
- Contacting candidates on the career opportunity
- Coordinating with the Hiring Managers
- Interview Scheduling and Coordination
- Conducting initial round of interview
- Offer and joining process coordination
- Recruitment MIS
- Taking care of juniors
-Managing HR operations
