Job Description
Adfactors PR is looking for a Manager - Talent Acquisition, to develop and carry out the recruitment strategy. You will be in charge of leading one of our business units in this position, helping us hire competent team members and meet organizational objectives.
It also includes development of a powerful employment brand, and the maintenance of positive relationships with applicants, stakeholders, and staff members.
Core Responsibilities:
• Responsible for end to end hiring process for the business at various levels.
• Planning new deployment and specialized hiring strategies.
• Mentoring / Coach team members.
• Finding the right candidate and leveraging the available sources appropriately.
• Ownership of candidate experience - creating a great experience for the applicants through the recruitment and on-boarding process
• Partner with the stakeholders to ensure the positions are filled within agreed timelines
• Ensure 100% compliance with the documentation for the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Keep tabs on important company trends and success measures, and discuss your findings. Driving the implementation of new systems and process changes in close collaboration with TA leadership.
• Managing MIS & reporting for HR monthly reviews
