Core Responsibilities:
• Responsible for end to end hiring process for the business at various levels.
• Planning new deployment and specialized hiring strategies.
• Mentoring / Coach team members.
• Finding the right candidate and leveraging the available sources appropriately.
• Ownership of candidate experience - creating a great experience for the applicants through the recruitment and on-boarding process
• Partner with the stakeholders to ensure the positions are filled within agreed timelines
• Ensure 100% compliance with the documentation for the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Keep tabs on important company trends and success measures, and discuss your findings. Driving the implementation of new systems and process changes in close collaboration with TA leadership.
• Managing MIS & reporting for HR monthly reviews
