Experience: 06 months - 1 Year

• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. Naukri, Linkedin, Etc) with Digital Agency and Media Agencies)
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Determine selection criteria
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent negotiation
• Must be excellent in written and spoken English and net savvy
• Knowledge of Digital Agency And Media Agency
