Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience working in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated knowledge of hiring best practices and understanding of diverse recruitment strategies
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs is a plus
