● Should have done IT recruitment
● Exposure to handling technical hiring, and multi-tasking.
● Domain knowledge of technical and service industry
● Candidate Engagement - Providing a professional experience to the candidate from the first call to the candidate up to joining.
● Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
● Highest commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
● Proven ability to work with people at all levels.
● Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, metrics, and guidelines.
● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
