We are looking for someone who has 2 years of experience (in consultancy/ corporate) and has handled all recruitment procedures and mass/bulk hiring.
Having knowledge about job portals is necessary.
It would be a work from office opportunity, 6 days working, where you would be responsible for end - to - end recruitment of various profiles.
Responsibilities would include writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.
Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
Arranging telephonic, video, or in-person interviews.
Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.
Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
