Republic Media Network is now on an expansion spree and under its unmatched Editorial leadership, is expanding the team at www.republicworld.com, which is India's biggest digital success story in the last 5 years.Republic TV is looking for Dynamic, Energetic, Enthusiastic, and Focused professionals to join the team and reach common goals.Location: Mumbai / Noida ( Work From Office)Experience: 1 - 5 yearsResponsibilities and Duties:Develop and update job descriptions and job specificationsPrepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etcSource and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etcScreen candidates' resumes and job applicationsConduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the scheduleAssess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudesMonitor and apply HR recruiting best practicesProvide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the HR HeadAct as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection processSkills and Qualifications:Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc)Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc)Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong decision-making skillsBS/MS in Human Resources ManagementPlease note that this is an urgent position hence candidates who can join within 15 to 30 days would be preferredWhat do we offer?Excellent Career ProgressionCompetitive Compensation PackageHealth InsuranceEnergetic and Enthusiastic Work Environment
