Global Talent Acquisition Coordinator
A TA Coordinator is a HR resource who works closely with the Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) team, hiring managers, and candidates to help ensure a smooth talent acquisition experience. As the TA Specialist, you will be the main point of contact between job applicants and the hiring team, as well as the TA leader and the TA team. Therefore, effective communication skills and customer- service orientation are necessary to help LHH with its hiring objectives.
This is a global role requiring flexibility, superb attention to detail, and highly professional demeanor. The ability to maintain relationships across functions and with GTA key stakeholders is needed.

In this role you can expect to
Key Accountabilities
• Independently research and communicate TA trends to improve process and workflows of TA team.
• Train Hiring Managers, and global TA team on ATS process, changes, and TA best practices.
• Subject Matter Expert to pull and create reports for SVP Global Head of Talent Acquisition - weekly, monthly, quarterly, half year.

• Document interactions, outreach, and screening results as well as staffing metrics
• Analyze hiring trends and make recommendations to SVP TA for enhancements.
• Develop social media and event-based recruiting opportunities to identify candidates and secure referrals.
• Work with little to no supervision, often making decisions in real time notifying SVP TA after the fact or providing alternate solutions so SVP TA can select the best path forward.
• Partner with other departments like Finance, IT, and Payroll to make sure that business needs are satisfied as part of the recruiting and hiring process.
• Design and execute solutions to streamline processes where possible; process improvement is an important part of this role.
• Responsible for keeping budget tracker up to date with all GTA invoices (upcoming and already invoiced). This includes working with the agency third party vendors on required contract language.
• Work with recruiting agency third party vendors on contract details, confirming invoice amounts and working with account payable in various countries to finalize payment.
• Responsible for Jobvite monthly audits to ensure candidate dispositioning is completed correctly, for accurate data used for reporting, and best internal practices and policies are met.
• Work with SVP GTA to ensure compliance with OFCCP guidelines.
• Ensure agency tracker is up to date with hires, what is owed/not owed, there is a signed contract on file, and agencies are inputting candidates in Jobvite.
• Stay abreast of JV system updates and upgrades.
• Create PowerPoint guides for Global Talent Acquisition Team and Hiring Managers to better understand both the Jobvite processes and overall recruiting processes (this includes regular updates on best practices)
• Responsible for all Associate hiring in applicant tracking system by working with hiring managers on offer form creation and approval, issuing offer letters, finalizing hire in ATS, and assuring onboarding has commenced. This would also include responsibility for process improvement, compliance, and reporting.
• Oversee the Quality of Hire Survey process including sending new surveys monthly, quality control, participation rates, and data oversight for reporting purposes.
• Support recruiters and Hiring Managers as needed including cross-training or coaching them through Jobvite or system questions to ensure they are equipped to move forward with the next steps in the Talent Acquisition process.
• Partner with HR Ops when the team needs assistance.
• Partner and support other functional groups within LHH that rely on our data. This would include monthly communications on new hires, promotion announcements, recent sales hires reporting, other reporting requirements as they occur.
• Assist SVP Global Head of Talent Acquisition on special projects as needed (ex. New Hire Kits, hiring plans, HR initiatives)
• Thought partner with SVP Global Head of Talent Acquisition to improve processes and create team meeting agendas.
• May also assist with social media and other job adverts as needed.
• Other responsibilities as requested.
All About You
A successful TA Specialist will have
• Minimum of 4 years HR or HR related experience
• Understanding of HR policies and practices. PHR certification preferred.
• Knowledge of HR databases and candidate management systems
• Strong computer skills and comfort level with technology, which includes strong reporting capabilities and the ability to keep confidential information secure.
• Initiative-taking and willing to assume additional responsibilities as needed on all levels of projects, solutions-oriented and creative individual.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize, adjusting to multiple tasks and demands, shifting priorities sometimes under tight deadlines and time constraints. Excellent organizational skills and record keeping are needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Confidence, a “can do” attitude, and willingness to “get the job done.”
• Knowledge of social media, especially LinkedIn.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Sociology, or related field of study

• Range $45,000 - $58,000 per year
Placement within this range is determined based on geographic location, experience, and other compensatory factors.
