You'll focus on helping the local offices in driving the Firm's people strategy, creating a unique people experience for each individual, and supporting our Firm wide values by working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and Firm wide success in the marketplace.
Our team helps bridge the relationship between leadership and employees at PwC through Human Resources solutions. You'll handle issues on operation management, strategic partnership, employee relations and emergency responding.
Position Requirements
• Weekly and monthly connects with new hires to ensure smooth settling in the business.
• Quarterly connects with tenured professionals and high performers across levels by conducting one to one and focus group discussions.
• Identify key priority issues faced by clients, leverage knowledge of latest developments in industry and design well thought and implementable solutions.
• Continuously strive towards exceeding client expectations and work on high value & high visibility assignments in areas across the HR value chain.
• Ensuring adequate resource utilization in line with business strategy to meet talent needs of the business.
• Performing Attrition analysis and consulting with management on retention opportunities / strategies.
• Employee Relations: Managing employee issues and grievances. Closely working with the Legal and risk management team to get closure on each case.

• Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment requiring strong multi-tasking abilities

Qualification & Experience
• Post graduation(MBA) degree in HR or equivalent practical experience
• 12-14 years including at least 5 years of solid experience in HR leadership roles
