As we start establishing our physical office in Pune, we are looking for smart individuals to join hands with us to grow together.
This position will be part of our HR team, under the recruitment division.
The work location will be
• Baner, Pune. Will be work from office, working very closely with the CEO.

You will be Responsible for (read as KPIs),_- Develop Job Descriptions and Create templates for each skill, and update the Zoho recruit system with the templates for use of the teams
- Conduct Market study of Salaries every quarter and present the information against hired and internal employees to educate the team and the management team
- Maintain and present following recruitment statistics
- Number of CVs sourced to Shortlisted CVs
- Drop Out ratio
- Reasons for fall-outs at each stage of the interview process
- Revenue Loss
- Research, Study and recommend corrective measures for improving the onboarding
- Be very active on LinkedIn and Job Portals to establish Vinz Global's presence and awareness about the brand
- Identify HR events and Recruitment events to attend and network
- Design and execute "Walk-In" recruitment drives - Physical and Virtual
- Mentor, Train and Coach Junior/Fresher Talent Acquisition team members to achieve revenue targets and onboarding
- And work closely with the CEO to understand how the talent acquisition needs to become the backbone of the organization driving onboarding, developing culture, building brand, brining right talent to grow the company
• Requirements:
• Mandatory Requirements for the Talent Generalist position are
- At least 5 Years of experience in IT industry, acquiring talent for technical skills
- Worked with an IT Services, IT Staffing, IT Consulting firms for 4-5 Years
- Must have spent at least 2 Years with your current organization
- Must be working with companies with headcount of 100 or less
- Demonstrate your social presence on LinkedIn and Job Portals
- Excellent Communication skills
- Excellent Powerpoint Skills
- Excel skills using Pivots, Graphs, Reports
- Exposure to any ATS system
