ROLE SUMMARY:

TATA Consulting Engineers Ltd is seeking a sound L&D and OD Specialist to join our Talent Management COE (center of excellence) team. The role will be responsible for driving best in class learning and career frameworks that align with and drive a high-performance culture. In this critical role, the incumbent will be responsible for working with key business stakeholders and HR Business Partners to drive strategic people imperatives with targeted talent and organizational effectiveness solutions. The incumbent must demonstrate both high strategic orientation and strong individual operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work with key business stakeholders and HR Business Partners to define talent related needs and create tools and solutions that advance TCE’s people strategy.
• Learning Strategy & Training Delivery-Design and implement a future-ready L&D strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead train-the-trainer programs and develop internal facilitators to scale learning initiatives
• Work closely with business leaders to create customized learning roadmaps for functional and leadership development.
• Develop and implement competency frameworks that define skills, behaviors, and performance expectations across job roles. Partner with HR and leadership teams to integrate competency models into talent development, succession planning, and performance management.
• Identify, develop, and implement leadership development programs tailored for emerging and senior leaders.
• Design and maintain career progression frameworks to provide structured growth opportunities for employees.
• Work with internal teams to devise and drive employer branding efforts and advocacy programs in the context of capability building to enhance TCE’s brand footprint.
• Design and drive HiPo (High-Potential) talent programs that accelerate leadership readiness and succession planning. Facilitate mentorship, coaching, and executive development initiatives.
• Design and manage Assessment & Development Centers (ADCs) to evaluate leadership potential, functional expertise, and soft skills. Utilize psychometric assessments, competency-based simulations, and case study evaluations for talent assessment.
• Integrate gamification, AI-driven learning, and immersive experiences to enhance engagement and retention.
• Manage and optimize Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to enhance employee engagement and skill development. Oversee content curation, interactive learning modules, and knowledge-sharing platforms.
• Drive talent analytics through tracking, reporting and statistical analysis of key people metrics and make recommendations for future improvements, based on analysis of data. Design and implement frameworks for tracking, measuring, and optimizing training effectiveness. Provide data-driven insights to refine learning strategies and optimize training investments.
• Use Kirkpatrick’s model, ROI analysis, learner feedback surveys, and business KPIs to measure impact. Develop L&D dashboards and reports for HR and leadership teams to track progress and decision-making.
• Share talent management expertise and act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders across the organization.

QUALIFICATION
• MBA/Equivalent masters with specialization in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology or related field.

EXPERIENCE
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in a HR Center of Excellence/Management Consulting role.

SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE / EXPOSURE
• Demonstrated expertise in Capability building, Assessment/Development Centers, Competency frameworks.
• Advanced understanding OD/OE techniques and Talent Management strategies with the ability to adapt traditional approaches.
• Demonstrated ability to drive HR processes and to deliver high quality HR services in a fast paced, high change environment.
