Job Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Talent Management Specialist located in Bengaluru, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Talent Management Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing talent management strategies that support employee engagement, training and development, performance management, and succession planning. Day-to-day tasks include designing and delivering training programs, fostering employee development, managing performance review processes, and identifying and nurturing potential leaders within the organization.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
