Booker/Manager for Models Applicants must have excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, and a "can do" attitude. The role will be based in our office in Mumbai.
The ideal candidate will have some industry experience as a booker and be a good communicator, administrator, and motivator.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Has strong relationships within the fashion segment of the industry
Individuals must be organized and have excellent
interpersonal/effective written & verbal communication.
Detail-oriented with a strong feeling of responsibility when
it comes to client relationships Sensitivity toward topics such as body image, disabilities, gender, etc.
Should be open to a standard NDA / Non Compete Adaptable, self-motivated, good at prioritizing, and solution/results driven.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage & build relationships, proactive client outreach.
Handle multiple projects
Push talent for opportunities
Rate and contract negotiations
Push talent for opportunities

Manage across boards
Weekly check-ins
Assist in talent management and strategizing
Client meetings
WS model events
