Job Description
At Heraeus Electro-Nite in India, we are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Talent Manager. This role is responsible for Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Onboarding, and Organizational Development.
What will you do?
• Develop and implement strategic workforce plans to align with business objectives, ensuring a skilled and motivated workforce is in place to drive organizational growth.
• Lead talent acquisition efforts, identifying and recruiting top talent to meet current and future organizational needs.
• Design and oversee learning and development programs that promote skill enhancement, career development, and knowledge sharing across the organization.
• Manage the onboarding process, creating an engaging and comprehensive experience for new hires to foster early integration and success.
• Drive organizational development initiatives to optimize team performance, enhance employee engagement, and foster a positive work culture.
• Design and drive employee engagement & retention planning.
• Engagement - Partner with cross-functional team to support India level engagement initiatives
• Strategic Talent Initiatives – Through clear comms and engagement plan support deployment of specific talent management projects.
Who are we looking for?
• Minimum of a Master’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7 – 8 years’ experience in talent management, HR, or related fields, with a focus on organizational development.
• Strong understanding of workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and structured approach
• Business Acumen and experience in business partnering
• Familiarity with learning and development best practices.
• Open to frequent travel to our 4 production sites across the country
